Hi! I’m Sarah. I’ve been a nutrition and health enthusiast for many years now, with a strong passion towards healthy living.
I exercise regularly, multiple times a week, cycling, crossfit, running, and weight training, and have been involved in organized volleyball, basketball, gymnastics, and soccer. As a result of my athletic and physical activities, I developed my passion for healthy eating and good nutrition.
